Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Costs do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT for non-EU destinations, which remain the buyer's responsibility.
Every shipment is tracked. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Our parts are packaged with high-quality protective materials. Each lens cover is individually wrapped in anti-scratch protective film and placed in a rigid box with internal padding.
In accordance with Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
1. Send a written request to info@premiumparts.it with your order number and intention to withdraw.
2. You will receive return instructions within 24 business hours.
3. Return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
4. Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
The product must be returned unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation, free from signs of wear, scratches, handling, or installation attempts.
Premium Parts reserves the right to reduce the refund in proportion to any decrease in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to verify the nature and characteristics of the product.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, except in specific cases.
All Premium Parts products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and non-conformity issues.
Covered: manufacturing defects in materials, non-conformity with declared specifications, structural issues under normal use conditions.
Not covered: damage from improper or non-professional installation, natural wear, prolonged exposure to weather without protection, damage from accidents, impacts or tampering, products modified or altered after delivery.
To report a defect covered by warranty, contact us at info@premiumparts.it with photos of the product and defect, your order number, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 24 business hours.
If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery:
1. Accept with reservation β sign the carrier's receipt noting "Accepted with reservation β damaged package".
2. Document the damage β take photos of the outer packaging and the product before fully removing it from the box.
3. Contact us within 48 hours β send everything to info@premiumparts.it. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
